The scope of work includes:
✓ Disarmament and comprehensive bodywork inspection ✓ Renewal of the paint coating of the entire body (color change) ✓ Engine swap to S38B36 from BMW E34 M5 ✓ Automatic to manual gearbox swap (dogleg from E30 M3) ✓ Comprehensive engine revision and service (cleaning, seals replacement, soda-blasting and varnishing of equipment) ✓ Modification of the cooling system for the S38 engine ✓ Inox exhaust welding ✓ Galvanization of all bolts and steel elements (each bolt from the car and engine - without exception) ✓ Regeneration of the air conditioning system ✓ Construction of custom air suspension (our brackets, installation of bent air copper / alu pipes, Airlift 3H control) ✓ Modifications of the suspension components ✓ Building individual 3-piece BBS RS rims ✓ Regeneration and modification of the brake system, ABS relocation ✓ Regeneration and modification of the steering system ✓ Regeneration and tightening of the LSD up to 40% (four friction plates) ✓ Interior upholstery with original BMW Perlbeige fabric ✓ Installation of the 325is / BBS / Zender / Kamei / Autoplas-Weyer bodykit ✓ Retrofitting the car with numerous OEM and Aftermarket accessories "from the era" The basis of the project is the pre-lift version of the E30 (the so-called early model or chrome-bumper or VFL), modeled as 325is, which is a very richly equipped 325i for the US market. The bodywork is in excellent bodywork condition resulting from the warm Californian climate, and, like all E30s for the US market, it has additional body reinforcements (door struts, chassis strut, steering column reinforcement, etc.).
